The SLEP 2014 Stage 1 Housekeeping Amendment (the Amendment) commenced on Friday 13 November 2015.
a) Inserted ‘Shop top housing’ as a specific ‘permitted with consent’ use in zone B3 Commercial Core; and
b) Inserted Clause 4.1E Minimum lot size for certain split zone lots to enable the subdivision of split zoned land (e.g. residential and rural or environmental protection) to enable the creation of a residue lot that is smaller than the minimum lot size.
